teamZUKUNFT gGmbH is looking for enthusiastic Camp Leaders and Camp Counsellors to join our team for our English-language adventure holiday camps in Germany. Daily Business

• Plan, prepare and lead exciting camp activities
• Support and supervise campers throughout their stay
• Create a positive, inclusive and safe camp atmosphere
• Build team spirit and encourage group participation
• Coordinate and support the camp staff (Camp Leaders) 
• Act as the main contact person for parents, partner organisations and the camp management
• Lead daily team briefings and reflection meetings
• Assist with arrival and departure days

What We're Looking For 
Camp Counsellors 

• At least 18years old
• Native-level English skills
• Participation in our mandatory pre-camp training
• Valid First Aid Certificate (minimum 9-hour course) 
• Enjoy working with children and teenagers
• Reliable, responsible and enthusiastic personality

 
Camp Leaders 

• At least 21years old
• Previous experience working at children's or youth camps
• Native-level English skills
• Full Category B driving licence
• Participation in our mandatory pre-camp training
• Confident leadership and organisational skills
