teamZUKUNFT gGmbH is a recognized provider of independent youth welfare services in accordance with §75 SGB VIII and has been supporting children, young people and families in challenging life situations for many years. With a wide range of inpatient and outpatient educational support, equestrian education and therapy, and targeted time-out measures, we respond individually to the needs of our clients. Our portfolio is complemented by experiential education programs for children and young people, such as school trips, day programs for schools, and supervised holiday camps. We work flexibly, according to need, and always with the aim of empowering young people and positively supporting their development.

The teamZUKUNFT gGmbH is offering dedicated students a scholarship program in Germany. This scholarship program is a unique opportunity for you to pursue a fully funded degree in Social Work at IU International University.  

As an independent provider of youth welfare, we run residential groups for children and youth in Düsseldorf, Wermelskirchen, Hilden and Angelburg. These residential communities are social-educational. With us you will find a varied and dynamic work environment. 

• Child and youth welfare 
• Supporting the independent living of our clients and working with intensive pedagogical group homes 
• Outpatient support such as social-pedagogical family assistance, educational mentoring and time-out measures
• Experiential educational offerings such as school trips and holiday camps

Deine Skills

• German language level: B2
• Entrance requirement (certified, notarized translation in German or English) 
• National vocational qualification 
• A structured, self-responsible way of working, as well as a strong communication personality
• Willingness to take over work at weekends and flexible working arrangements
• High motivation, teamwork, empathy and creativity are our basic requirements
